La Enfermedad de Cushing es una causa infrecuente de Síndrome de Cushing, se debe a la presencia de un adenoma hipofisario secretor de corticotropina. Su diagnóstico requiere pruebas serológicas compatibles con hipercortisolismo endógeno e imágenes que evidencien la presencia de un adenoma de hipófisis. Presentamos el caso de una mujer de 60 años con síndrome de Cushing, las pruebas hormonales confirmaron hipercortisolismo endógeno y elevación de corticotropina. La resonancia magnética de hipófisis evidenció un microadenoma hipofisario confirmando Enfermedad de Cushing.
