Gipotenzivnaya i pleyotropnaya aktivnost' antagonista kal'tsiya amlodipina u bol'nykh arterial'noy gipertoniey i ozhireniem

Abstract

Цель. Изучить влияние амлодипина на уровни артериального давления (АД), выраженность гипертензивной реакции в условиях изометрической нагрузки, показатели липидного и углеводного обменов, тромбоцитарный гемостаз, качество жизни и психологический статус у больных артериальной гипертонией (АГ), страдающих абдоминальным ожирением (АО). Материал и методы. В исследование были включены 30 пациентов с АГ 1 и 2-й степени в возрасте от 37 до 72 лет (средний возраст 55,6±7,4 года) с АО. После 2-недельного периода «отмывания» пациентам назначался амлодипин в начальной дозе 5 мг с ее увеличением через 2 нед до 10 мг при отсутствии достижения цели АД
