This research explains the relationship between the quality of the couple's relationship and psychological well-being in a sample of mothers of children between 1 and 5 years of Lima. We evaluated 221 mothers of children who go to private nests in the District of Lima, through the Scale of Dyadic Adjustment and the Scale of Psychological Welfare, respectively. The psychometric analysis of the scales evidenced the validity of the internal structure and the reliability of the scores, through the exploratory factor analysis technique and the internal consistency method, respectively in both cases. Likewise, the correlations between the variables and the results obtained were analyzed, allowing the hypotheses raised to be verified, finding that there is a directive and significant relationship between the dimensions of the dyadic adjustment and the areas of psychological well-being.
