El presente proceso tiene como pretensión el cese de toda manifestación de violencia física y psicológica, producto de las constantes peleas por parte de dos hermanas y sus familiares, las mismas que desencadenaron un el incidente con fecha 06 de mayo del 2008. Materia: Competencia Desleal. N° Expediente: 0141-2010/CCD y 002-2011/CCD (acumulados): Se trata de un caso en el que se discute la presunta infracción a la Ley de Represión de Competencia Desleal – Decreto Legislativo No. 1044 mediante la difusión de un anuncio publicitario televisivo que promocionada un diario bajo determinado eslogan.
