Abstract

Se describe la figura del juez desde la perpectiva de la literatura peruana y del imaginario popular. Tomando como ejemplo la narrativa de Mario Vargas Llosa, Enrique Lopez Albújar y otros autores se presenta al juez como un administrador de justicia con poderes que requieren de un alto sentido de responsabilidad. Además se hace referencia al notable magistrado Domingo García Radas quién ejerció de manera ejemplar esta función y que señala las cualidades que todo juez debería tener.
