PREDIKSI RISIKO PENYAKIT HIPERTENSI MENGGUNAKAN METODE EXTREME LEARNING MACHINE (ELM)

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah penyakit disebabkan oleh peningkatan abnormal tekanan darah, baik tekanan darah sistolik maupun tekanan darah diastolik. Berbagai faktor risiko yang menyebabkan penyakit ini diantaranya riwayat keluarga, umur, jenis kelamin, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini menjelaskan sebuah sistem dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi untuk dapat memprediksi risiko penyakit hipertensi dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Learning Machine (ELM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh neuron lapisan tersembunyi terhadap kinerja pelatihan terbaik dan mengetahui jumlah neuron terbaik. Data yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 500 data. Rasio pembagian data pelatihan dan pengujian yaitu 70:30, dengan data pelatihan 350 data dan data pengujian 150 data. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari hidden neuron untuk menghasilkan kinerja terbaik. Dilakukan proses pelatihan dengan menggunakan beberapa variasi jumlah hidden neuron yang diuji coba yaitu 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, hingga 100 sampai tahap pengujian. Hasil kinerja terbaik pada proses pelatihan yaitu MSE sebesar 0, 02572 dengan akurasi 99% dari berbagai variasi neuron.
