PREDIKSI KETERSEDIAAN PANGAN DI KALIMANTAN BARAT DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE MADALINE

Abstract

Ketersediaan pangan di suatu wilayah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain penyediaan, penggunaan, dan jumlah penduduk. Jumlah penduduk yang bertambah setiap tahun, mengakibatkan persediaan pangan semakin meningkat. Apabila kebutuhan konsumsi kurang dari ketersediaan pangan, maka wilayah tersebut mengalami defisit pangan. Dampak defisit pangan dapat ditanggulangi dengan melakukan suatu prediksi ketersediaan pangan dengan metode MADALINE. Penelitian tentang ketersediaan pangan menggunakan metode MADALINE bertujuan melakukan prediksi ketersediaan pangan untuk 1 bulan kedepan. Dengan meminimalkan respon yang telah dilatih sebelumnya, MADALINE dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komputasinya sehingga dapat merespon pola input dengan baik. Metode MADALINE Neural Network dengan algoritma MADALINE Rule I digunakan untuk memprediksi ketersediaan pangan di Kalimantan Barat. 12 unit masukan, 2 unit dalam 1 lapisan tersembunyi, dan 1 unit keluaran membentuk jaringan MADALINE. Metode Xavier digunakan untuk menentukan bobot awal selama proses pelatihan. Pada proses pelatihan menggunakan 84 data latih untuk setiap jenis pangan dengan laju pembelajaran terbaik 0,007. Hasil pengujian menggunakan 36 data uji untuk setiap jenis pangan dengan akurasi rata-rata sebesar 87,88%.
