Abstract

Lightning talk and research poster, summarising research by the Centre for the Future of the Legal Profession tracking the rising use of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in legal proceedings since November 2022; GenAI's impact on courts and tribunals across multiple jurisdictions; and the creation of a new dataset of ‘GenAI cases’ from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, and India, sourced from public and subscription legal information collections and databases.
