Histiocitose de Células de Langerhans — Caso Clínico

Os autores relatam um caso clínico de uma forma disseminada de HCL numa menina de 2,5 anos que tinha sido internada por febre, palidez e petéquias. O diagnóstico .foi confirmado pela microscopia óptica e estudo imunocitoquímico no tecido da mastóide. Apesar da instituição de tratamento adequado, com radioterapia e quimioterapia, veio a falecer cerca de 10 meses após ter sido internada.
