Abstract

A obstrução do tubo endotraqueal é uma complicação que pode acontecer em qualquer altura durante uma anestesia geral e requer de um rápido diagnóstico da situação. Apresentamos um caso de obstrução parcial do tubo endotraqueal numa doente de 55 anos submetida a tumorectomia de mama mais biópsia de gânglio sentinela. Foi realizada uma anestesia geral e, no decurso da intervenção foi detetado um aumento da pressão na via aérea devido ao kinking do tubo endotraqueal na cavidade oral.
