Biomarker in primären Glioblastomen und Gliomen : prognostische Relevanz von AGTRAP, ALKBH3 und Diversin

Abstract

Ziel der Studie war es, neue Proteine als prognostische Biomarker in primären Glioblastomen und Gliomen zu identifizieren. Dafür wurden die Proteine AGTRAP, ALKBH3 und Diversin immunhistochemisch in WHO II-III Gliomgewebe und Glioblastomgewebe angefärbt und analysiert. Das Gewebe stammt von einer Kohorte von 233 Patient*innen, die am Universitätsklinikum Magdeburg operiert wurden. Die Proteine AGTRAP und ALKBH3 stellten sich dabei als mögliche prognostisch relevante Biomarker heraus. Mittels Literaturrecherche konnten Hypothesen über die Wirkweisen der drei Proteine in diesen Tumorarten aufgestellt werden, die als Basis für weiterführende Studien dienen.
