Abstract

Die Expertise über den derzeitigen Stand der Qualitätsentwicklungsprozesse in Betrieben und berufsbildenden Schulen gibt zunächst einen Überblick über historische Vorläufer sowie Perspektiven der Qualitätsdiskussion in der Berufsausbildung. Des Weiteren wird der berufsbildungsrechtliche Rahmen abgesteckt. "In Kapitel 2 erfolgt eine Klärung des Qualitätsbegriffs einschließlich der Aufarbeitung theoretischer und empirischer Begründungen zur Stützung spezifischer Qualitätsverständnisse. [...] In Kapitel 3 werden die Kernaktivitäten eines umfassenden Qualitätsentwicklungssystems skizziert und mit den relevanten Konzeptelementen reflektiert. [...] In Kapitel 4 werden Beispiele einer Qualitätsentwicklung sowohl für die schulische als auch für die betriebliche Berufsausbildung vorgestellt. [...] In Kapitel 5 werden einige Möglichkeiten skizziert, die im Hinblick auf die Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsdiskussion in der Berufsausbildung verfolgt werden können." (DIPF/Orig./av)
