Abstract

Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt einen Versuch einer Synthese verschiedener Wissenschftsgebiete dar, welche letztendlich im Vergleich von Fachwendungen der deutschen und B/K/S-Sprache mündet. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei auf der Phraseologie der Rechtssprache, insbesondere auf sog, Fachwendungen des Familienrechts in unterschiedlichen Verwendungskontexten. Es werden Fachwendnungen beider Sprachen einerseits gegenübergestellt und andererseits die PRoblematiken der (äquivalenten) Übersetzung besprochen. Der methodische Ansatz ist synchron, anlytisch und begriffsorientiert.
