Abstract

Die Zielsetzung dieser Diplomarbeit soll die Analyse von Struktur und Funktion des Mercado Orientals als größter Markt Zentralamerikas sein. Der Leser dieser Diplomarbeit soll ein Bild vom Alltagsleben auf dem Markt bekommen, das alltägliche Handeln seiner Menschen soll verständlich gemacht werden. Als Methode habe ich die qualitative Feldforschung gewaehlt. (In jener Diplomarbeit sind auch Bilder enthalten)

The aim of my thesis is the analysis of structure and function of the Mercado Oriental - Central America's biggest market. The reader of this work should get an adequate image of the daily life on this market and an understanding of the people's actions in their daily environment. The research methodology I have chosen is the qualitative field study.
