
Knowledge of pulp anatomy of mandibular molar is crucial for endodontic treatment success. There are innumerable causes for endodontic failures but missed canals comes out to be the most common. Each canal contains irregular and hidden regions, which have to be accessed during endodontic therapy. The advent of latest technological advancements in the field of dentistry leads to the identification of the variable root canal anatomy that helped in increasing the success rate. The present case series portrays the successful management of the middle mesial canals with different anatomical configuration in case of mandibular molars.
