Optimization of Quinone Compounds Impregnation in Kraft-quinone Cooking

Abstract

アントラキノン系蒸解助剤SAQ®を用いたクラフト蒸解において,より大きくSAQの効果を発現させるためには,原料チップ内にできるだけ多く浸透させることが重要である。本報では,蒸解工程以前にSAQを浸透させる工程の導入をラボ蒸解実験により検討した。第1の検討として,浸透処理後の廃液中からSAQ回収率を測定し,浸透に最適な条件を推定した。その結果,温度,時間,AA添加率,液比の各条件について,SAQ回収率の変化があることを確認し,浸透に適した条件を推定することができた。第2の検討として,それらの条件を用いてSAQ浸透処理およびクラフト蒸解を行い,その効果を確認した。その結果,浸透処理によってさらなるパルプ収率の向上およびカッパー価の低減が見られた。一方,浸透処理時にはSAQを添加せず,その後の蒸解工程にSAQを添加した実験も行ったが,浸透処理時にSAQを添加した条件に比べて明らかに効果は小さかった。この結果から,本研究で検討したSAQ浸透処理の有効性が確認された。
