ABSTRACT MWD reliability plays a major role in the overall economic success of that service. MWD customers need to consider reliability when evaluating bids from various service companies. The least expensive bid may not necessarily correlate with the most economic service. Comparing different MWD services is difficult due to the variety of services available and the lack of a standard method for determining reliability. This paper outlines an equitable method to evaluate the reliability of different MWD services.
