Abstract

La investigación presente tuvo como finalidad evaluar el efecto de reguladores de crecimiento en el establecimiento in vitro de Vasconcelleas sp., a partir de meristemos apicales, para ello se utilizó especies de (Babaco, Maushan y Papayita), los cuales fueron establecidos en los ambientes del Laboratorio de Fisiología y Biotecnología Vegetal perteneciente al Instituto de Investigación para el Desarrollo Sustentable de Ceja de Selva (INDES-CES) de la Universidad Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza de Amazonas, utilizando un Diseño Completamente Aleatorio, con arreglo factorial de 9 tratamientos, T1 (Maushan con ácido naftalen acético), T2 (Maushan con ácido indol acético), T3 (Maushan con ácido Giberilico), T4 (papayita con ácido naftalen acético), T5 (papayita con ácido indol acético), T6 (papayita con ácido Giberilico), T7 (Babaco con ácido naftalen acético), T8 (Babaco con ácido indol acético) y T9 (Babaco con ácido Giberilico) con 3 repeticiones cada uno, donde se evaluaron 3 variables, numero de explantes necrosados, numero de explantes contaminados por hongos y bacterias y numero de explantes viables, cuyo resultados mostraron que los explantes del T5 presentó los niveles más altos de necrosamiento, T1 Y T2 presentaron una mayor contaminación fúngica y bacteriana y T9 presentó mayor viabilidad al finalizar el establecimiento.
