Abstract

En esta obra se da un enfoque normalizado al tema de las mediciones electrónicas que se realizan en múltiples entornos de producción. Desde esta perspectiva, se pretende que lo académico tenga trascendencia hacia el ejercicio profesional y las buenas prácticas en asuntos metrológicos y de calidad , dado que las norma sintetizadas en el libro son de aplicabilidad nacional e internacional. Es un libo técnico que con seguridad difiere de otros libros de texto similares, donde cada capítulo es argumentado con estándares, lo que da sentido a la objetividad, a los hechos y a la evidencia para la generación del nuevo conocimiento. El libro no contiene la rigurosidad física, matemática y electrónica, puesto que existen obras especializadas con estos enfoques. En cambio, el punto de vista normalizado permite que una mayor audiencia pueda comprender de manera fácil lo que es medir con fines específicos; deducir y cuantificar los errores que resultan de las mediciones; interpretar las especificaciones inherentes de los instrumentos de medida; entender el comportamiento de la instrumentación asociada a la medida; articular las magnitudes objeto de medición con un sistema de Unidades; y contextualizar las mediciones conforme los niveles de hacen parte de la automatización orientada a la integración empresarial.
