Diagnosis and treatment are different depending on the magnitude of compromise and the cause that produces inflammatory reaction in the lungs. The prevention and the treatment will be better while people and patients are conscious of the need of avoiding determined expositions in the environment and use drugs with adequate frequency. General practitioners know the physiology and pathology of this disease and the mechanisms of action of different drugs. The aerosol therapy should be better understood for avoiding collateral effects in the patients and giving them the best life quality.
