Abstract

Comparar los resultados en cirugía tubárica no es fácil, pues su éxito no reside en restablecer la permeabilidad anatómica y funcional de las trompas uterinas, sino que se debe manifestar como embarazos a término. Con este criterio, como base, se compararon los resultados entre la macrocirugía y la microcirugía convencional y la microcirugía láser. De los datos de la literatura se concluye que la técnica microquirúrgica produce mejores resultados que la macrocirugía en los distintos procedimientos, aunque no haya diferencias estadísticamente significantes entre la electromicrocirugía y la cirugía láser. Es importante resaltar que el intervalo entre la cirugía y la concepción es más prolongado con la técnica macroquirúrgica, respecto del tiempo en que se producen los embarazos después de microcirugía, y es mucho menos cuando se utiliza la técnica quirúrgica láser. Se puede afirmar que la tecnología láser en microcirugía ginecológica representa en este momento una alternativa efectiva y segura si se compara con el electrobristurí aplicado a la cirugía de la infertilidad.
