Abstract

Este ensayo discute acerca del modelo neoliberal de planeamiento urbano en Chile y sus consecuencias. Para ello se realiza una particular argumentación e interpretación acerca de cuáles son los siete pecados capitales en los que cae este modelo: gula, lujuria, pereza, ira, avaricia, soberbia y envidia. Así también se revisa cómo ellas podrían contrarrestarse si se pusieran en práctica virtudes asociadas a salvaguardar la equidad.PALABRAS CLAVE: modelo neoliberal, planeamiento urbano, ciudad neoliberal, crecimiento urbano, Chile
