El propósito de este artículo es dar cuenta del trabajo de documentación en torno a las violencias contra las mujeres acontecidas en el estado de Veracruz durante el primer semestre de 2023. De esta manera se analiza la incidencia de feminicidios, agresiones, desapariciones y homicidios de mujeres acontecidos en la entidad. Ello permite dar seguimiento a la sistematización realizada de 2017 a la fecha por el Observatorio Universitario de Violencias contra las Mujeres (OUVMujeres). Violence in Veracruz: An approach from University Observatory of Violence Against Women Abstract: The purpose of this article is to account for the documentation on violence against women which occurred in the state of Veracruz during the first semester of 2023. In this context, incidence of femicides, assaults, disappearances and homicides of women are analyzed through the monitoring mechanisms of the University Observatory of Violence against Women (OUVMujeres). Thus, the study will allow further follow-up to data carried out since 2017 to present day.
