Como parte de ello, el análisis de la estructura empresarial sirve para disminuir la incertidumbre ante posibles problemáticas que tengan su raíz en la composición de la propia empresa, además modifica y analiza el proceso de conversión de la materia en efectivo con la implementación de estrategias asertivas, lo que refleja como objetivo final, utilidades con mayor velocidad; por último, se sugieren algunos métodos para identificar la necesidad de financiamiento y alternativas de solución en un capital de trabajo neto deficiente. La investigación es descriptiva, documental con revisión de bibliografía, la información obtenida fue captada en fuentes secundarias como libros, tesis y artículos científicos.
