El nuevo reglamento de trabajo del personal civil en establecimientos militares

Abstract

El 20 de febrero último se aprobó el nuevo Reglamento de trabajo para el personal civil que desenvuelva sus actividades en establecimientos militares. Se trata de normalizar la compleja situación que siempre tuvo este personal denominado de «maestranza», y en este sentido se pronuncia el autor, que es coronel jefe de la Sección de Trabajo y Acción Social del Ministerio del Ejército.
