El funcionario español y el futuro Estatuto de funcionarios

Abstract

El autor realiza un agudo análisis de las causas que han hecho y el fracasar el Estatuto de 1918, y propone algún remedio a fin de que el futuro Estatuto de funcionarios que se promulgue pueda lograr arraigo real y sepa prevalecer, frente a la enorme capacidad de autodefensa que vienen acreditando los Cuerpos de funcionarios españoles.
