Abstract

Documentación Administrativa ha publicado diversos tipos de diagramas empleados en el análisis de procesos administrativos. El Sr. Petit expone en este trabajo el diagrama Louis, que ofrece el interés de resaltar en la expresión gráfica del proceso el tiempo que cada documento permanece en un servicio determinado; factor de gran interés cuando el objetivo del análisis es dar una mayor rapidez al proceso en cuestión.
