Abstract

La racionalización del gobierno de la empresa es punto esencial de la doctrina del ingeniero francés Henri Fayol, universalmente conocida bajo el nombre de fayolismo. El tiempo transcurrido desde la primera publicación de su obra «Administración industrial y general» no le ha restado un ápice de su actualidad, que permanece hoy en día con el clasicismo de lo permanente.
