KONFLIKTI U ORGANIZACIJI

Abstract

Predmet rada jeste izučavanje uticaja konflikata kako u tradicionalnoj, tako i u savremenoj organizaciji. Prvobitno je u teorijskom delu rada napravljen uvod u Menadžment ljudskih resursa, zatom sledi deo o samom pojmu i fazama konflikta, uzrocima, vrstama, kao i o emocijama koje su prisutne tokom konflikta i posledicama istih. Zaključak rada je ujedno i samo upravljanje konfliktima koje je od velikog značaja za uspeh organizacije. Drugi deo rada je istraživački, anketa je rađena među zaposlenima dve kompanije: Elektrovojvodine, državne firme sa obrisima tradicionalnog poslovanja i Yettel kompanije, koja je savremeno privatno preduzeće. Postavljene su hipoteze koje su potvrđene ili osporene spram rezultata sprovedene ankete.
