Abstract

Predmet istraživanja u ovom radu je mjerenje kvaliteta usluge u poštanskom saobraćaju. Kvalitet može da se posmatra sa gledišta proizvođača (povezuje se sa oblikovanjem i izradom proizvoda) i sa gledišta potrošača (povezuje se sa cijenom i korisnošću).
