UTICAJ KARAKTERISTIKA LIČNOSTI NA ZADOVOLJSTVO POSLOM

Abstract

Osnovni cilj istraživanja jeste da se utvrdi postojanje uticaja karakteristika ličnosti na gene­ralno zadovoljstvo poslom, Navedena povezanost se ispi­tivala kod muškaraca i kod žena sa razlikama u starosnoj dobi (uzrast ispitanika je od 25 do 60 godina), a uzorak je brojao 95 ispitanika. Ovo istraživanje je sprovedeno u bankarskom sektoru. U ovom istraživanju korištena su dva upitnika: Spektorova skala za merenje zadovoljstva poslom za varijablu zadovoljstvo poslom i instrument Inventar Velikih pet za ispitivanje dimenzija ličnosti. Do­bijene informacije su obrađene u statističkom programu SPSS. Analizom rezultata upitnika, utvrđeno je postojanje uticaja kod pojedinih dimenzija ličnosti među kojima je dominantna prijatnost, ali i slabost uticaja određenih dimenzija ličnosti među kojima su neuroticizam i otvo­renost ka novim iskustvima. Pored toga, potvrđeni su i elementi uticaja starosti na zadovoljstvo poslom, a potvr­đena je i pretpostavka da polne razlike nemaju veliki uticaj na zadovoljstvo poslom.
