
Ovaj rad se bavi utvrđivanjem prediktorskog efekta organizacione kulture na zadovoljstvo poslom zaposlenih u kompanijia X. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 91 zaposlenog, prema sociodemografskim varijablama: pol, starost, obrazovanje, sektor, ukupan radni staž i radni staž u kompaniji X. Kvantitativni podaci prikupljani su pomoću Spektorovog upitnika o zadovoljstvu poslom (JSS, 1985) i Parekovog upitnika za ispitivanje organizacione kulture (Pareek, 1994). Rezultati su pokazali da postoji statistički značajna povezanost između organizacione kulture i zadovoljstva poslom i njihovih dimenzija, kao i da sektor u kome zaposleni rade diferencira razlike dimenzijama oganizacione kulture i zadovoljstva poslom.
