Abstract

Kroz rad su prikazani kritični faktori uspeha na agilnim projektima. Pregledom literature iz oblasti agilnih projekata i kritičnih faktora došlo se do nekolicine faktora koji se povezuju sa uspehom agilnih projekata. Cilj istraživanja je da se identifikuju faktori koji dovode do uspeha kako bi se menadžerima dao set korisnih parametara za merenje, upravljanje i kontrolu softverskih projekata sa preciznošću.
