Abstract

U radu je prikazana realizacija elek­tronskog uređaja čija je glavna namena prikupljanje i obrada podataka sa senzora u industrijskim postroje-njima i njihovo slanje glavnom PLC-u putem PROFIBUS mreže u realnom vremenu. Ove podatke je istovremeno moguće snimati i na micro SD karticu, što je pogodno za kasniju analizu. Uređaj poseduje osam digitalnih ulaza, četiri digitalna izlaza, osam analognih ulaza (analogni signali mogu biti strujni ili naponski), jedan spoljni priključak za serijsku komunikaciju, kao i interfejs za povezivanje uređaja na PROFIBUS mrežu. Napajanje uređaja, kao i svi digitalni ulazi i izlazi su prilagođeni standardnom industrijskom naponu od 24 V. Opsezi ulaznih analognih signala takođe odgovaraju industri-jskom standardu (0 – 10 V za naponske i 4 – 20 mA za strujne signale).
