Abstract

U radu se najpre ističe značaj upravljanja projektima u današnjem vremenu, ali pre svega značaj upravljanja vremenom na velikim EU projektima. Vreme i vremenski rokovi su ključ uspešne realizacije projekta i zbog toga je u ovom radu akcenat pre svega na alate koji se koriste za planiranje aktivnosti i njihovog trajanja, pri čemu je dat i primer iz prakse upravljanja vremenom na EU projektu pod nazivom „Europe Home“, u koji je uključeno nekoliko evropskih zemalja.
