Abstract

Los alumnos de secundaria exploran el teorema de Pitágoras y una extensión utilizando un tablero cercado y frijoles de goma para medir el área de los cuadrados y semicírculos. Utilizan factorización y simplificación de expresiones algebraicas para deducir las equivalencias de los resultados.
