Abstract

La cervicalgie commune est un motif de consultation très fréquent, souvent chronique ou récidivante. Elle se manifeste par une douleur de la région cervicale sans cause précise, le diagnostic est un diagnostic d’exclusion basé sur un interrogatoire minutieux, un examen clinique rigoureux afin d’éliminer une cervicalgie secondaire. Le traitement est volontiers multidisciplinaire, La rééducation y joue un rôle essentiel, elle regroupe plusieurs techniques permettant de restaurer et d’entretenir les capacités fonctionnelles cervicale.

Non-specific neck pain is a common reason for consultation, often chronic or recurrent. It manifests by a pain in the cervical region without a specific cause, the diagnosis is a diagnosis of exclusion based on a meticulous interrogation, a rigorous clinical examination in order to eliminate a secondary neck pain. The treatment is readily multidisciplinary, rehabilitation plays an essential part there, it brings together several techniques to restore and maintain cervical functional abilities.
