En la actualidad la empresa familiar se enfrenta a la necesidad de optimizar su funcionamiento y alcanzar su máxima eficiencia organizativa. Los recursos con los que cuenta la empresa para llevar a cabo este cometido, siempre complejo por definición, son susceptibles de convertirse en una oportunidad en las empresas familiares. En este sentido, los recursos familiares, tales como el grado de cohesión interno y el compromiso tienen su traducción en el clima familiar. Este documento examina la relación entre los factores que definen el clima familiar y las señas de identidad por el que las empresas familiares se reconocen a sí mismas. Por último este trabajo pretende profundizar en los aspectos sociológicos que dan significado al particular mundo de la empresa familiar, donde el entramado emocional condiciona y determina los resultados esperados, siempre en el intento de abrir nuevas líneas de debate sobre el condicionamiento de ciertos factores socioemocionales sobre los meramente estructurales u organizativas. Today family businesses find themselves faced with the need for optimising their working system and maximising their company’s performance. The company resources for carrying this out, always complex, have potential for converting into opportunities for family enterprises. In this way, family resources such as internal cohesion and commitment have their reflection in the family environment. This paper examines the relationship between the factors that define family environment and the hallmarks attributed to them. Lastly this work focuses on significant sociological aspects of family businesses, where emotion is intertwined with forecasted results, always aimed at opening new channels for debate about how certain social and emotional factors condition other factors that are basically structural or organizational.
