Abstract

Küreselleşmenin etkileri ve bilgi-iletişim teknolojilerinin hızı ve çeşitliliği ile biçimlenen sanayi sonrası toplumlardaki gelişmeler, farklı yaklaşım ve paradigmalarla beraber çeşitli kavramlaştırmalara konu olmaktadır. Bilgi, bilgi toplumu, bilgi çağı, sayısal uçurum, bilgi yoksulluğu ve kronik bilgi yoksulluğu kavramları, bu yönelimlerin belli başlı örnekleridir. Bu sayının editoryal yazısı, anılan konulara ilişkin genel ve kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır.
