¿La aplicación de la ciencia de datos versus la ciencia abierta?

Abstract

¿Cómo y por qué medir la ciencia y cuáles serían los parámetros para medir algo que es de carácter subjetivo (aunque se pretenda objetivo), contextual y temporal? Para lo anterior se hará primero un estudio hermenéutico frente a los conceptos de ciencia, tecnología, ciencias sociales y arte, ya que de acuerdo con Yoshizawa (2019), corresponden a estudios propiamente reflexivos. En segunda instancia se hará comparación y contrastación de métricas con el fin de entender el modelo de medición utilizado por Minciencias. Para, finalmente, repensar los modelos más allá de los monopolios actuales de la OCDE, Elsevier (Scopus, SCImago), y Wos (Clarivates)
