Stavovi fizioterapeuta prema telerehabilitaciji

Abstract

Telerehabilitaciju (TR) možemo definirati kao primjenu informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije u procesu rehabilitacije. Odnosi se na usluge kliničke rehabilitacije uključujući procjenu, dijagnozu i liječenje, a njezina se primjena s vremenom intenzivira. Primjena tehnologije za pružanje rehabilitacijskih usluga ima mnoge prednosti ne samo za fizioterapeute nego i za same pacijente, ali posjeduje i određena ograničenja.Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati stavove fizioterapeuta prema telerehabilitaciji i njezinoj primjeni u radu s pacijentima, kao i razlike u stavovima s obzirom na spol i sektor rada ispitanika. U istraživanje je bilo uključeno 153 fizioterapeuta (116 žena i 37 muškaraca) koji su ispunili online upitnik u ožujku 2021. Prosječna dob ispitanika bila je 32 godine. Instrument, sastavljen za potrebe ovog istraživanja, sastojao se od skale stavova o TR-u (27 tvrdnji), skale potencijalnih prednosti TR-a (10 tvrdnji), skale potencijalnih poteškoća u TR-u (20 tvrdnji) te dvaju pitanja o dosadašnjem iskustvu odnosno o želji primjenjivanja TR-a.Stavovi su ispitanih fizioterapeuta prema telerehabilitaciji ambivalentni, donekle su izraženiji negativni stavovi, ali kod procjene važnosti prednosti i nedostataka prednosti su više dobile na važnosti. Kao najveće prednosti TR-a ispitanici navode mogućnost rada s pacijentima u drugom gradu, uštedu vremena i smanjenje putnih troškova. Najizrazitije nedostatke vide u izostanku kontakta uživo i dodira, nedovoljnoj tehnološkoj opremljenosti starije populacije te nemogućnosti primjene određenih procedura. Fizioterapeuti u privatnom sektoru gledaju pozitivnije na određene aspekte primjene TR-a u odnosu na one u javnom sektoru. Većina ispitanika do sada nije primjenjivala TR, no svi bi je u budućnosti željeli primjenjivati.
