EnglishThe interstitial lung diseases (ILD), are a heterogeneous group of disorders that are classified together because of similar clinical, radiographic and functionals manifestations where in the main anatomo-pathological alterations affect alveolar-interstitial structures. The incidence of ILD in Spain is approximately 7.6 cases per 100000 inhabitants, being the most frequent disease the Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with an incidence 1.6 cases per 100000 inhabitants. The most common identifiable causes of ILD are an extensive list of drugs such as mesalazine and nitrofurantoin wich are part of it. For this reason a clinical case is presented in wich the patient had pulmonary symptoms because of taking this drugs.
