Gambaran Budaya Organisasi yang Berlandaskan Budaya Lokal

Abstract

Budaya organisasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku dan efektivitas kinerja organisasi atau perusahaan yang mendukung tujuan-tujuan organisasi. Adanya variasi dan keanekaragaman budaya akan mewarnai variasi pola perilaku anggota organisasi tempat kebudayaan tersebut berlaku. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran budaya organisasi yang berlandaskan nilai lokal dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Budaya Lokal tersebut antara lain Tri Hita Karana, Budaya Jawa dan Budaya Sulawesi Selatan. Tri Hita Karana dapat didefinisikan sebagai tiga penyebab kebahagiaan yang terdiri dari komponen parahyangan, pawongan dan palemahan yang dapat diaplikasikan pada perusahaan. Budaya Jawa memiliki pandangan hidup Sinkretisme, Tantularisme dan berbagai ungkapan simbolis yang dapat mempengaruhi budaya organisasi. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal budaya Makassar juga memiliki nilai-nilai yang berhubungan dengan budaya organisasi yaitu kepemimpinan Karaeng Galesong yang dikenal sebagai “siri” yakni berupa harga diri atau kehormatan yang timbul dari akal pikiran yang baik dari seorang pemimpin. Nilai kekerabatan juga disinyalir sebagai salah satu nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang melekat pada masyarakat Bugis-Makassar.
