Silopi Harbul açık işletmesi delme-patlatma çalışmaları incelemesi

Abstract

Acik isletme maden sahasinda delme-patlatma calismalari dekapaj isinin en onemli ayagini olusturmaktadir. Bu calismada Silopi Harbul acik isletmesinde yapilan delme – patlatma calismalari yerinde gozlemlenmis ve patlatma parametreleri tespit edilmistir. Teorik yaklasimlardan yaralanilarak on tasarimlar hazirlanmis ve sahada uygulanmaya baslanmistir. Uygulanan paternler yerinde takip edilerek sonuclar kayit altina alinmistir. Bu sonuclar uzerinde hacimsel verim yorumlanmis, ozgul sarj oranlari karsilastirilmistir. Patlatma sonucu olusan dekapaj yiginini temsil edebilecek fotograflar alinmis ve goruntu boyut analiz programi Split Desktop 4.0 ile boyut analizi yapilmistir. Boyut analizinden elde edilen sonuclar, formasyon bazinda karsilastirilmistir. Calisma sahasinda kurulu bulunan Sev izleme istasyonu IBIS Radar sistemi kullanilarak izleme alaninda gerceklestirilen deneme atimlarinin atim saatlerinde sev stabilitesi uzerinde hareket etkisi arastirilmistir. Dekapaj calismalarinin yapildigi Gercus, Midyat ve Cudi jeolojik formasyonlarindaki patlatmalar hacimsel verim acisindan, ozgul sarj degerleri karsilastirilmistir. Cudi formasyonunda 110 mm delik capinin, Gercus ve Midyat formasyonunda 160 mm delik capinin daha verimli oldugu tespit edilmistir. Boyut analizi bakiminda uygulanan deneme atimlarin tumunde sonuclar 0-635 mm boyut araliginin ve saha yukleme–tasima ekipmanlari tarafindan yuklenebilir oldugu gozlenmistir. Cudi formasyonunda yapilan atimlar icin alinan IBIS anlik sev izleme istasyonu verilerinin incelemesinde 6 saatlik yer degistirmenin -1,4 mm ile -0,15 mm araliginda oldugu ve patlatmasiz zaman dilimleri ortalamasina yakin bir degerde oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ozellikle Cudi formasyonunda uygulanan delme patlatma faaliyetlerinin sevlerin stabilitesini olumsuz yonde onemli olcude etkilemedigi sonucuna varilmistir.
