ANALISIS PENGUKURAN BIDANG TANAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE RTK NTRIP DENGAN BEBERAPA PROVIDER 4G

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi GSM (Global System For Mobile) telah bergerak mengarah ke konvergensi berbagai layanan. GSM kini digunakan sebagai sarana pembantu penggunaan GPS dalam pengukuran bidang tanah. Salah satu teknologi pemetaan yang di kembangkan di Indonesia yaitu CORS dapat digunakan dalam pemetaan situasi dengan metode RTK-NTRIP (Real Time Kinematic). Pada pengukuran bidang menggunakan metodeRTK-NTRIP sering dihadapkan masalah koneksi internet dan sinyal pada provider.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan analisis pengukuran bidang tanah menggunakan metode RTK–NTRIP dengan beberapa provider untuk menguji perbedaan dan ketelitian pada posisi, jarak, luas serta mengetahui apakah metode RTK–NTRIP menggunakan provider 4G dapat memenuhi standar toleransi yang diberikan oleh BPN. Hasil pengukuran RTK-NTRIP provider Telkomsel memiliki nilai rata–rata selisih terkecil terhadap metode Rapid diantara provider Indosat dan Three dengan nilai perbedaan posisi sebesar RMSEx 0,028 m dan nilai RMSEy 0,031 m, perbedaan jarak sebesar 0,024 m dan luas sebesar 0,16 m².Hasil ketelitian pegerseran linier koordinat metode RTK-NTRIP provider Telkomsel terhadap metode Rapid Static memiliki rata–rata terkecil diantara provider lainya sebesar 0,038 m dengan nilai RMSE sebesar 0,011 m dan hasil ketelitian pergeseran linier jarak provider Telkomsel terhadap metode Rapid Static memiliki rata-rata sebesar 0,024 m dengan nilai RMSE sebesar 0,037 m.Mengacu PMNA/KBPN NO 3 Tahun 1997, toleransi perbedaan jarak yaitu 25 cm toleransi yang ditetapkan oleh BPN, hasil pengukuran RTK–NTRIP provider Telkomsel, Indosat, dan Three memiliki rata–rata selisih jarak terhadap meteran ≤ 10 cm. Hasil toleransi ketelitian luas pada pengukuran metode RTK–NTRIP dengan provider Telkomsel, Indosat, dan Three rata–rata masuk dalam standar toleransi ketelitian luas BPN dengan catatan pengukuran ini dilakukan di bidang.yang datar,terbuka, dan panjang base line ≤ 10 km.Kata kunci: BPN, CORS, Rapid Static, RTK – NTRIP, RTKLIB
