ASPECTS OF EXCURSION SERVICES OF WINE TOURISM (ENOTOURISM) OF THE ROSTOV REGION

Abstract

The article provides an analysis of the prerequisites for the formation of gastronomic tourism in the Rostov region. The paper assesses the significance of the historical factor, as one of the foundational for this type of tourism, and it is established that there are geographical, technological, personnel factors of en-tours of the Rostov region. The results of the analysis of the methodological base of excursion science and a new type of excursion services in enotourism are presented.
