Abstract

Este artigo explora as possíveis relações entre a Justiça Constitucional e o chamado "discurso de ódio" nas redes sociais. Para tanto, analisa diversas decisões do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) que tiveram significativa repercussão regional e que abordam os limites da liberdade de expressão nas redes sociais. A ideia central deste artigo é que o ativismo pela justiça constitucional está diretamente relacionado à ausência de legislação específica sobre discurso de ódio.
