A simple necessary condition and sufficient condition for robust Hurwitz stability of interval polynomial is obtained using the results of Nie [13] for fixed polynomials. These conditions provide a simple and quick test to detect many unstable systems. Furthermore, these conditions are used to derive a robust controller for interval plants which involves less computational complexity compared to extreme point results due to Barmish [2]. The proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 3 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
