Entrenamiento físico en gestantes

Abstract

<p style="text-align: justify;">El embarazo suele ser de forma equivocada, sinónimo de enfermedad y la actividad física, un factor de riesgo en las mujeres embarazadas. El objetivo de estudio fue determinar la incidencia de un programa de entrenamiento físico en gestantes. La población estuvo conformada por 160 mujeres, de las cuales se obtuvo una muestra de 48, quienes cumplieron criterios de inclusión, con edades entre los 18 y 40 años, se realizaron encuestas a pacientes y obstetras. Se diseñó un ensayo controlado aleatorizado, un programa de fortalecimiento de la musculatura interviniente en el parto; se realizaron pruebas a priori y posteriori; se trabajó un grupo entreno y un grupo control, se siguieron las normas éticas de Helsinki, el estudio se llevó a cabo entre octubre y diciembre de 2016, tuvo una duración de 12 semanas, más una semana de ambientación al ejercicio y otra para las pruebas a priori y posteriori. Se concluye que existe un desconocimiento sobre los beneficios de la actividad física en general y de los programas de entrenamiento físico sobre la mujer y el feto durante el embarazo, parto y postparto, existió una mejora en la fuerza muscular en el grupo entreno y una ganancia no exagerada en el peso, acorde con el tiempo en semanas de gestación.</p>
