Educación formal y reinserción social en adolescentes infractores

Abstract

La presente investigación analiza el papel de la educación formal como factor determinante en la reinserción social de adolescentes en conflicto con la ley, el estudio se centra en la evaluación crítica de los modelos pedagógicos aplicados en centros de rehabilitación juvenil, examinando su capacidad para promover el desarrollo integral, la responsabilidad personal y la construcción de proyectos de vida alejados del delito. A través del análisis comparativo de modelos como el tradicional, psicopedagógico, multidimensional e inclusivo de derechos, se identifican fortalezas y limitaciones en la respuesta educativa institucional frente a las necesidades reales de esta población vulnerable. La investigación considera variables clave como la continuidad del proceso educativo, la formación docente especializada, el entorno psicosocial y la participación activa del adolescente. Los hallazgos evidencian que los modelos centrados en la empatía, la formación socioemocional y la inclusión presentan mejores resultados en términos de permanencia educativa, autoestima, habilidades para la vida y reducción de la reincidencia delictiva. A través de un enfoque comparativo, se identifican las limitaciones de modelos tradicionales y se evidencian los beneficios de enfoques centrados en los derechos, la inclusión y la empatía, los hallazgos sugieren que una intervención educativa especializada, sostenida y contextualizada reduce significativamente los índices de reincidencia.
